Our Work
NxtStps is a compliance-first platform that coordinates benefits access across survivors, service providers, and state administering agencies. We are building the administrative infrastructure that publicly funded victim services programs need to operate reliably, equitably, and at scale.
Our mission is simple: make support easier to reach. We build calm, trusted tools — so survivors can apply, advocates can guide, and teams can work as one.
Our Approach
We start with the people we serve. What we build, how it looks, the words we choose — it all begins with the survivor or advocate on the other side of the screen. We keep the path calm and clear, so the next step never feels like one more burden.
We also build for trust. This work runs on rules, deadlines, and private records. So we treat security and care as the foundation, not an add-on. The result is software that teams can rely on and survivors can feel safe using.
